In the single-player campaign, the player assumes the role of five different characters over the course of seven days, changing perspectives throughout the progression of the story. For the majority of the game, the player assumes the role of Sergeant Gary "Roach" Sanderson, but we also have the opportunity to be the famous John "Soap" MacTavish.</p>
